Booking Policies

Please read carefully the following policies before booking. Feel free to contact me beforehand should you have any questions.

  • COVID-19 Measures

    Due to COVID-19, I’m implementing extra safety measures. Upon arrival, clients will be required to wash and sanitize their hands and will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of your appointment. Please limit the items you bring with you to your service to one handbag or bag. Please no additional items. Thank you for your patience and support during this time. Your safety is as equally important as the beauty care services you entrust me with.
    I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with the policies.

  • Services Fees

    A non-refundable $50 deposit must be made within 30 min of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid by cash on the day of your appointment. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

  • Indications and Guidance

    Once you book your appointment online, a confirmation email will be sent to you with location details and contact number. Come to your appointment with your headphones or Airpods for your calls and entertainment.

  • Hair & Extensions

    Hair is provided for Virgin Human Locs and Distressed Faux Locs hairstyles.

    Hair required for all the other hairstyles are listed in the service description. Please make sure to purchase the recommended hair. Please also remember to include the add-on for extra length (waist, butt length, knee length).

  • Natural hair condition

    Make sure to arrive with your hair thoroughly washed, dried, product free and blown out. I do not provide any washing and conditioning treatment service. I reserve the right to refuse any service if the above is not respected and your deposit will not be refunded. Required hair length is 4 inches or longer to be served. Please keep in mind that additional charges may apply if hair is not properly blown out : $25.

  • Changes

    If you must reschedule, change styles…, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment by logging into your online profile or by contacting me at least 48hrs before your appointment. No changes of hairstyle can be done the same day.

  • Cancellations

    We all know things happen, you can cancel you appointment through your online profile or by contacting me via email, DM etc. Please reschedule 48 hours before your appointment if you can. Please note that in any case, your non-refundable deposit will not be refunded. If you book an appointment and don’t show up or call, you won’t be able to book an appointment with me in the future.

  • Delays

    If you are running late, please call or text me to let me know. A $15 fee will be required if you are 10min late. A $25 fee will be required if you are 20min late.
    If you are more than 30min late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

  • Guests

    Please come alone to your appointment. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate friends, family members, spouses or kids.

  • Food and Drinks

    Water will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks as food will NOT be provided.

  • Pictures and Images

    By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and consent that a picture will be taken after completion of your hairstyle to be used on this website and on social media. For that matter, I will highly appreciate if you come with some make up on, or just with your eyebrows done.

    Please let me know upon arrival if you don’t want your picture taken. You can also request the removal of your picture at any time afterwards as per the Federal Copyright and Privacy law, by sending me an email at info@prisslyhairstyles.com .

Note: I have the right to refuse a service if one of the policies is not respected.
